By accessing or using Taltas, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Taltas on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Taltas is a talent acquisition platform. You may use it to screen, assess, negotiate with, and place candidates for legitimate employment purposes. You may not use Taltas for discriminatory hiring, to collect data for non-employment purposes, or to circumvent applicable employment law.
You own your data. We process it on your instructions. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not use your candidate data to train models without explicit consent.
Taltas is provided as-is. We are not liable for hiring decisions made using the platform. Our liability to you for any claim is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
