We collect information you provide directly (name, email, role), information generated through platform use (session data, agent transcripts, assessment responses), and technical data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers).
We use your data to provide and improve the Taltas platform, to send product and account communications, to detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Candidate data is processed on behalf of recruiter organizations (our customers). Candidates who wish to access, correct, or delete their data should contact the recruiting organization that collected it. We will cooperate with all valid data subject requests.
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Candidate data is retained according to your configured retention settings. You can export or delete all data at any time from your account settings.
